Workout on Wednesday at 8:30am followed up by Firehouse Tour at 11am! There just enough of a break to take a shower in there. :)

Park Day on Thursday, July 29th at 11:30am at Joe White Park. It is the little park located in the Hancock Park housing development near where Jennifer and Aleha live. (Ty has a Dr. app at 11:10am so I might be a little late to park day).
